General blah-blah
This tool is dedicated to test your URL's. If they're SEO friendly, your site will be crawled easily by all major search engines. Google easily follows dynamic URL's as well as static URL's. However, dynamic URL's could contain characters which are interpreted wrongly by the crawlers. These characters may be empty spaces, special characters (ASCII-II), non SGML characters and any other letter which is potentialy dangerous (in terms of SEO) for your site. The same applies to static URL's. In fact, the problem regarding crawlers doesn't exist nowadays... But the problem exists in terms of linking by people who you don't know. I've seen broken links not because webmasters used stupid characters in URL's, but these broken links have existed because of people who linked to those pages from forums, their own websites, ... whatever. All in all, the shorter and cleaner your URL's are, the better!
One tip for you
Please note, that you should create XML sitemap in order to meet the quality standards. XML sitemaps allow crawlers to find any page no matter if they're hidden somewhere in the structure of your site.
